Do you accept commission requests?
I don’t accept commissions at this time but hope to in the future!
I live in Charleston, SC and would rather pick-up my painting than have it shipped.

How can I find out when new work is added to your shop?
The best way to stay up to date is by following me on Instagram @taralincaswellart or by signing up for my mailing list. I try to add new paintings monthly.
Can I return a painting?
All sales are final. Thank you for your purchase!
Are the paintings protected from sunlight, dust, etc.?
Yes! Each painting is varnished or “fixed” providing UV & environmental (such as dust) protection.
Who actually owns the artwork?
Please note, that I retain ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK that I create. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of ANY AND ALL ARTWORK that I create.
The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
