Tara Caswell is a painter based in Charleston, South Carolina. Her deep love and appreciation for nature was innate from childhood. It is where she feels most at home, whether on the coast or in wilderness.

Tara's artwork is primarily influenced by nature. She enjoys painting en plein air or in her studio and works to capture the softness of coastal landscapes, the beauty of flowers bathed in sunlight or moonlight, and especially the whimsy of camellias.

Over the past decade, Tara has also amassed a patronage of clients who collect her Christmas ornaments. Affectionately called her "little glass orbs", they are carried in select shops annually. She loves sharing them with others.

What brings her the most joy is spending time with her loves, doing anything creative with her hands and exploring in nature.
